Directions: For this assignment you are going to be playing several balancing equation games, reading an article about balancing chemical equations and then answering some questions about balancing chemical equations. The questions are based off of the games, the reading, and the discussions that we have had in class. You should complete all of the games before you answer the questions. For each game, make sure that you check your answers and that you do not proceed to the next question or part of the game until all of your answers are correct and you understand why they are correct! You may submit the questions electronically as a shared Google Doc (make sure to give me editing privileges!) or as a Word or Pages doc. Let me know if you have any questions, and enjoy the games!
Games
- Balancing Chemical Equations: Do the “Introduction” first and then play the game. Make sure that you complete all 3 levels of the game!
- Classic Chembalancer: Make sure that you read the directions and click “Start the Game” to begin!
- Brain Boggler Chembalancer: Make sure that you read the directions and click “Start the Game” to begin!
- Balancing Chemical Equations: Add coefficients to balance the equations!
