Directions: For this assignment you are going to create a short (3-4 minute) video explaining Glycolysis and either Lactic Acid or Alcoholic Fermentation.  You should start your video with glucose entering the cell, and you should explain the process through to the end of one of the two forms of fermentation (your choice).

Your video should show you on camera, although you may use visual aids to help you explain the process.  You will need to include a Works Cited page for any images and information that you use.  The content of your video should include the following:

1. What glycolysis is, and why it is used in the cell.
2. The process of glycolysis.
3. The inputs and outputs of glycolysis.
4. What organisms perform your fermentation (either lactic acid or alcoholic fermentation).
5. The process of your fermentation.
6. Uses for the products of your fermentation (alcoholic) OR what happens to the products of fermentation once oxygen comes back to the cell (lactic acid).
