In DP 1 Bio we will be covering several different topics over the course of the year, conducting conceptual as well as practical work.  The broad topics we will be covering are:

1. Chemistry of Life
2. Cells
3. Nucleic Acids
4. Statistics in Biology
5. Genetics
6. Ecology & Evolution (partial)
7. Photosynthesis (partial)

All topics will be covered in both SL and HL, although there will be addition HL (AHL) material in many.  For more detail, consult the IB Biology Subject Guide (or ask Mrs. Childs!).
